Some common problems that you may see.

The music is not playing

After you register either with your Email or through your Apple, Facebook or Google account, you'll be asked to choose either a few artist sor some Genres that you like. With this information the "Discover" section of the App will be populated with suggestions on what you can listen to based on what you "Like". Always go back to the "Discover" section for suggestions on what to listen to.

The next song never starts

To listen to an artist themed station, go to "Search" on the menu and look for the artist. Press "Play" on artist radio page. A station based on all similar artists will be created. You can "Follow" an artist to save him/ her to your "Library".

The wrong song and album cover are showing

When you like a song, this song is saved to your "Liked" songs in your library. The song and artist is suggested more often to you. When you "Dislike" a song, the song is suggested less and will play less no matter what station you're listening to.

Search is returning wrong artist

You can follow an artist by searching for them and clicking on the "Like" button. You can also follow artists from the player directly by clicking on the artist image and then "Follow". Artists that you follow will be in your "Followed artists" section in your library. When you are following an artist, suggestions based on this artist will be in your "Discover" section. You will also get information about the artist in your "Feed"

Play button is not working

You can follow a Genre station by going to the station and clicking the "Like" button. You can also follow a station from the Player by clicking on the "Like" button on the top right.
